Does the replica Viking ship have a piece of the action?
I haven’t seen it, but a few I know said it was kind of boring. Apparently, there is more than one Viking ship in the action, but Nolan wanted to use real ships in real water and not digital ships, so it was Viking ships or nothing. I googled and scenes were filmed off Italy and Sicily, Scotland, Norway’s North Sea and a place I can’t pronounce.
Hyped movies often don’t meet expectations, but it did get an A Cinema Score on the first two weekends from the firm that gets a bunch of data from moviegoers as they leave the movie theater...so who knows?
