This is a joke - of sorts. It makes it appear that Iran dominates the negotiations with (the United States) Oman / Pakistan ---> Iran refuses to meet with the U.S. in negotiations!) Iran is - IMHO - being coached how to lead Prez Trump into a midterm election loss in order to weaken his bargaining power.
