● Top-down construction: Build walls and floor slabs from the top down while excavating below → stabilizes soft soil, controls groundwater, minimizes settlement.
● Active dewatering + drainage: Temporary well-points/pumps during dig + permanent perimeter drains + sump systems keep water out long-term.
● Multi-layer waterproofing: Crystalline admixtures in concrete + external membranes + bentonite panels → zero seepage.
● Corrosion protection (“no oxidizing”): Epoxy-coated or stainless rebar, cathodic protection systems, non-metallic coatings → metals stay intact indefinitely.
