Perhaps you are reading more into it than is there. The reasons Presidents fly the flag half mast are not set in stone, are they? Maybe he knows Dolly better than the rumor mill does.
Dolly Parton was at the center of the Satanic Cabal in the entertainment industry. Look at her bio information. Read who her manager was, and how many decades they were close friends, business partners etc. She was maintained at the top among elites, and the gatekeepers kept those they could not completely control out. She was in the 'club.'
The lowering of flags is used to memorialize government officials, foreign dignitiaries, and national tragedies. President Trump has never ordered flags lowered for someone in the entertainment industry, and he would not make an exception for someone with Dolly's Cabal social circle. Q drops revealed the hierarchy of control, and Hollywood was taken down starting in 2017. If president Trump wanted to break his own practice, it wouldn't be for someone with Dolly's status among the elites in Hollywood.
Dolly was not a government official nor foreign dignitary - she was a Cabal member. She was not a religious leader etc. She's the only entertainment person for whom Trump has ever ordered flags at half staff. Usually, the flags are lowered for a period of 5 days. All of the times during Trump's administration the flags were lowered for longer periods of time, they were Black Hats.
There are only three cases during Trump’s first term (2017–2021) and current term (2025–present) in which he ordered U.S. flags flown at half-staff for 7 days or longer, based on presidential proclamations:

George H.W. Bush (30 days, starting ~December 1, 2018): Covered by a specific presidential proclamation announcing the death and directing the half-staff period.
John McCain (~7–8 days total until interment on September 2, 2018): The baseline for a senator is only the day of death + the next day. Trump issued a proclamation to extend it until interment.
Dolly Parton (exactly 7 days, August 25–September 1, 2026): Required a formal proclamation because she was a private citizen/entertainer not covered by the automatic Code periods.

President Trump uses the lowered flags to make a point to a small segment of the public. Only Anons were tracking George H.W. Bush and John McCain as Satanic Cabal members.
The public is not equipped to handle the extent of the betrayal we've endured. To discover Tom Hanks was a monster, and all those Hollywood heroes and icons were monsters can be shattering for some. Trump and Steven Miller pointed to Elvis Presley's membership in the Cabal with Miller's photo of the Cave room. Elvis could not have been raised so high, as Dolly could not remain elevated to the public in her senior years, without the support of fellow gatekeep Satanists.
Hollywood Icons are corrupt, and many segments of the public would lose their cultural moorings contemplating just how evil such 'wonderful singers and actors' always were. Imagine those who devoted their life savings to help what they thought was Dolly Parton's children's charities, only to discover she was trafficking children. If you can't trust someone who acted as innocent and faithful as she acted, it can really damage social functioning for many people.

So President Trump used back channel comms to expose George H.W. Bush, John McCain and Dolly Parton. The only criteria which warrants flags lowered to half-staff for Dolly Parton, except identifying her as a Black Hat, is that flags are lowered for national tragedies. This elevates Dolly from being just a Black Hat in the cabal, to being representative of a national tragedy (i.e., her trafficking involved many victims).
Trump regards innocent children as the most important Treasure the United States has. To honor the taking of many innocent lives by trafficking, Trump marked Dolly's death with a week of flags lowered to memorialize her victms. The innocent lives tormented and lost merit the importance of the US flag, respresenting what we value most. It was ghastly to realize Dolly was part of the Cabal, and to see that her deeds warrent a week of memorializing her victims is additionally ghastly.
Trump's post about Dolly has some anomalies which made me notice it from the beginning; I think there's comms but I'm guessing at some meaning. Country is capitalized mid sentence.
President Trump communicates more precisely than this. Since proper names are capitalized, maybe a specific Country is meant (Hillary shipped children to Saudi Arabia) by that word.
Trump wrote of her: "...one of the greatest Country singers, and far beyond, EVER,..." Far beyond followed by 'EVER' makes me wonder if that points to Evergreen shipping. I wonder if Parton's 'market' was China, because anons on X.com remarked that her appearance of youthfulness at 80 years of age would likely be due to adrenochrome, and I think of China as an adrenochrome industrial base. I don't know. Given Parton's elite Satanic social circle, which overlapped with people like Jeffrey Epstein, I initially wondered if she supplied Epstein's island and or adrenochrome to the elites in the entertainment business. Her impact was large enough to represent the national tragedy of trafficked children.

Not that Trump capitalized 'Peace' and 'World.' As a Christian, the phrase "The World loves you" can mean the fallen world. I'm still trying to figure this out. But Dolly's decades in association with Satanists, her elevated status in all the wrong spheres, with all the wrong social contacts, followed by Trump elevating her to Black Hat status with the flags lowered, is stronger information that the comms. I'm curious so I'll try to find out what peeps think that decoded to mean.
Trump knows Dolly's manager, friend and business manager was best buds with Satanic elites. He's honored 3 blackhats with 7 day memorials, so Dolly is no ordinary Satanic pedophile. She robbed the nation of our best (little) Americans and posed as a devout Christian while doing it.

No more icons and idols. We can be deceived by anyone with any sort of private life and these people have production companies, managers, publishers, studios etc. all protecting their image.
FWIW, I believe Parton was taken down and served justice during Trump's first term. For social stability, she has been portrayed by someone who can now retire the role.

I believe you are quite mistaken about Dolly, and I will tell you why. All of your accusations are based on presumption (flags), loose association (manager) and status (no one makes it without “their” say so).

Are there bad guys in Hollywood? You betcha. Are there bad guys in the music business? You betcha. But there is a difference here. Hollywood is a closed society. All the deals are done there by all the same people. The music business is different. The bad guys in the music business are based in California. ( Clive Davis, P Diddy, Quincy Jones etc) But there is also a base of the business in Nashville, New York and Chicago. Power is not centrally located. Therefore it is possible to escape the total clutches of the cabal.

Dolly was not some simple sheep who went along to get success. She was a smart strong business woman who worked her butt off and whose goal was to make money and help people. Elvis wanted to record “I will always love you” back when she was still young in the business but Tom Parker (his manager) demanded half her publishing. She told him no. Now think about that. She’s young, wants to be a star, but she’s not willing to give up her song. It took guts to turn down the “king” of that time. I know many many (many) people who have given up publishing and seriously regret it. But they were willing to compromise in order to achieve some level of success. She was not.

Guilt by association.... this is foolishness. I read that post on her manager. Gosh was that “evidence” against Dolly silly and thin. My car mechanic might be a swinger! Does that make me part of it because he has worked on my car for years? Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman used to be my neighbors. Does that make me a party to their divorce? Mr G has been in the studio with Quincy, and * I * have attended a speech by Clive Davis. Are we satanists? Mr G even worked on the music for “Best little whorehouse”. Is he part of the cabal?

Not everyone who is a successful artist is there because they were “allowed”. Some are there in spite of the cabal. Some are there because God has appointed them to be there. And Dolly didn’t use adrenochrome. She used surgery, botox, wigs and makeup. She was very honest about it all. When she wasn’t on stage, she looked like a tiny little old woman.

The biggest testimony about Dolly is her character. The woman has sent children over 300 MILLION books for free. She hasn’t captured children. She has taught them to read. She elevated the entire population of East Tennessee with Dollywood.... her family and her friends and neighbors all, and she has provided good wholesome entertainment in the process. She donated hundreds of millions of dollars to kids, schools, hospitals, relief for victims of tragedy. Much of it was done quietly. If she gave to the wrong place, (Vanderbilt) it was done out of love and a desire to help. She worked out a “buddy” system in a high school to get kids to graduate. If you both graduate, you both get paid. Then she added college money to the mix. She changed the drop out rate in that county.

She lived in Nashville. I know the people who worked with her in the studio... managers, musicians, engineers, assistants, and she worked in lots of different studios. Not one person has a bad word to say about her. The bakery where she shopped, the fast food place where she picked up chicken, her neighbors, my very dear friend whose family had dinner with her several months ago.... not one has a bad word about her. The driveway in front of her house is packed with tributes from just plain people. You cannot be as evil as you say she was and not give off some hint of it.

The reason they want to name the airport after her is because the people of Nashville want it. They started a petition, and the politicians jumped on it. She really was loved by all.

As they say..... sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.
