MileHi, Here's how I 'get to that.'
In all of President Trump's days in office, he has NEVER had the flag lowered nationwide to honor the memory of departed entertainers, even for one single day, much less 7 days.
The lowering of the flag is reserved to honor the memory of:
A -Government officials (e.g., Lindsay Graham)
B -Foreign dignitaries
C -National tragedies.
Dolly Parton doesn't fit in any category for President Trump's record of having the flag lowered.
President Trump is extremely careful to protect the symbolism and use of the flag. He has not established a new policy of honoring all departed entertainers with the flag lowering, nor has he established only a policy of lowering the flag for white, Christian entertainers etc. He simply would not and did not use the flag inappropriate to honor Dolly Parton's death.
However, in a news clip I watched, he said, "I think it's appropriate." The only way lowering the flag when Parton died, is to memorialize her victims, whom are part of the national tragedy of elite child trafficking.
Trump also said Parton was the greatest, EVER. He doesn't use hyperbole and Dolly didn't fit the standard of 'greatest ever.'
I cited analysis of Trump comms, years of Q content/research, and watchdog85's great post; I provided details to point to Dolly Parton's ties to Cabal insiders. No one has supplied information to refute her Cabal connections or offered any interpretation of Trump's comms or flag policy, or evidence quoting Q drops/analysis refutes my posted content.
The sum of my posts point to Dolly Parton's position in the pyramid, her resources (private foundation, Dollywood, disaster relief, children's charities) and Cabal connections which maintained her prestige at the top of a corrupt industry for decades.
I thought about not posting my original analysis because many are actively grieved by her loss. I thought about waiting, or posting my content 'gently.' There's no way to 'gently' point to pedovores.
I reason it would be worse for me to ignore Trump comms, honoring trafficked children and exposing their trafficker, just to avoid offending people. I put the children first. Before God, I have to put the truth to the best of my knowledge, ahead of personal feelings.
I see the flags lowered this week, and I remember the children whom Dolly Parton, and other 'elites,' destroyed.
Again, I would lean towards taking PDJT at his word. Dolly could well be considered the 'greatest ever.' She was certainly in a league of her own. So he didn't have the flag lowered for just some entertainer. He did so for an exceptionally renowned entertainer who did so much more.
