Ransom, not sure how you get to that. PDJT said he was having the flag flown at half staff to honor Dolly. I see no reason not to take it as just what he said.

How do you interpret President Trump flying the nations flags half mast as bringing the nations attention to child trafficking? The general public would not be able to discern that, so it would be a useless action on his part.

Perhaps you are reading more into it than is there. The reasons Preaidents fly the flag half mast are not set in stone, are they? Maybe he knows Dolly better than the rumor mill does.
