I think you said you have a walker in the house. Use it. Even tho you feel like you can get around without it, it’s still a safety thing. One little rug trip or stumble can set you way back. The wheeled kind with a sit-down ledge are great for seniors to have around and the ledge is great for moving things that might be a bit heavy. They are available on ebay for very reasonable money.
What he said! A fall can become a great undoing! If your bathtub and/or shower doesn't have metal grab bars - get them... also a shower bench! NO MORE FALLS! 👴
