Most prefer the hand-out to having another kid and would agree. There’s no coercion because nobody is forcing them to live off welfare.

What about the MEN? Sorry I have to ask but several years ago a man in Tennessee was in child support court. The guy was the father of 29 children (that we know of) by several women. The judge had his gravel tied in that he could not force the man to be sterilized or stop having sex because he could not pay for all his kids.
Some of the women were only getting 52 cents a month because that is what it came to.
Went back and check up on that guy.
