I don’t label Iran as criminally violent and deserving of all efforts to deny them nuclear weaponry because of their rhetoric.
I categorize them that way because of the thousands of Americans they have killed and murdered over the last half century.

Also North Korea has no desire to export their flavor of communism- Juche any further then South Korea. Maybe not even that since “Juche” essentially means self-reliance. (NK sort reverting back to the original Korean foreign of “No foreign policy!) The most proven international thing NK currently does is enable Asian drug trade for hard currency, sell 1950s-1960s arms for hard currency. If they pick up their game more with selling nuclear technology then maybe and intervention might be called for.
If I had a few million bucks and a PR firm—and a lobbyist that caught the attention of the WH—I could have you screaming for North Korean blood in no time at all.
