We can trade with them but we shouldn't trust them on anything and of course we shouldn't try to overthrow governments throughout the world.

The only successful and beneficial action by the CIA of which I am aware, is bolstering the Shah of Iran in 1953. Other than that, the CIA pretty much screws up everything they touch.
