@RandPaul
Instead of answering our very serious questions, Anthony Fauci pleaded the 5th 111 times throughout our hearing.
This is where we go from here.

If Fauci did not show up for questioning today, he would have been held in contempt. Based on stating absolutely nothing of value to the committee by refusing to answer any questions, he effectively did not show up. Therefore, he should be held in contempt.

I wonder if we can get one more performance from Luigi Mangione.
What did you expect?
That’s a good round number. :^)
I raised the possibility of self incrimination in regard to a state prosecution here a day or two ago. I don’t think any such case is forthcoming, but it gave him a viable route to plead the fifth.
Conspiracy theorists vindicated once again. Do they ever get tired of being right?
He can’t be charged. He was pardoned.
He can’t hide behind the 5th can he?
While I agree with the theory it sets a very bad precedent when they come for trump

EXCLUSIVE: Anthony Fauci quietly joined a stealth mRNA vaccine startup in 2023.
Then the Biden administration awarded it more than $28 million to develop vaccines for viruses with pandemic potential.
Now Eli Lilly is buying it for up to $1.55 billion.
I wonder why Florida or Texas hasn’t done so
The Constitution, and the legal protections it provides for us, most especially the personal protections listed in the Bill of Rights, are for all of us. Every single one of us, even the most heinous criminal seemingly caught in the act of committing the most heinous criminal.
Anthony Fauci is a dirtbag. No question.
He still enjoys the same rights and same Constitutional protections as you and I. All of them.
You throw that out, you denigrate the Fifth Amendment, you sneer at legal counsel, because you think Fauci is a bum ... and you’re next. And you’re no better than Barack Obama or Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer or any other Domestic Enemy.
The Constitution exists, supposedly, to protect all of us.
Just ask Donald J. Trump.
Sure he can. So can you. So can I. And we bloody well should, when the authorities come sniffing around.
You want him to testify, you'll have to grant him immunity. His lawyers are smart enough to insist on it. Make sure YOU get similarly smart counsel should you ever need it.
Fauci did not plead thr 5th on behalf of himself.
He has lied, yet again. To the surprise of no one.
He plead the 5th on behalf of everyone else.
Ongoing conpiracy?
Inquiring minds want to know.
We can speculate on his motives, of course. And I speculate that his motives are base.
And just from already public knowledge, the man is scum ... with apologies to literal scum.
Still ... getting mad at him because he took advantage of the Fifth Amendment is irrational. He did the only sane thing, the only thing a good lawyer would advise just about anybody, to do.
The Real Anthony Fauci became the #1 non-fiction hardcover bestseller despite being the most censored book of the decade. Bookstores, including national chains, refused to carry it. Libraries refused to carry it. Every major newspaper declined to review it. The New York Times refused to publish a paid advertisement for the book and made it #7 on its bestseller list, even though it outsold any other book by thousands of copies.
YouTube took down videos of a book signing. Amazon shadow banned it. Twitter wouldn’t let the publisher promote it.
Despite all of that, 1.4 million Americans bought the book because they were tired of the lies and they wanted their freedom back. Then today, with hundreds of millions of Americans demanding the truth, Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment 111 times at his Senate hearing. The American people waited six years for answers. Today, they got silence. But that silence told us all we needed to know.
Thank you, @SenRandPaul, for your relentless pursuit of truth, transparency, and accountability.
I suspect he relies on official duty legal protection, not the Bill of Rights, to avoid imprisonment by a state.
Perhaps:
The US through my organization funded the Chinese labs so we could learn about their personnel. I didn’t think the Chinese were incompetent when it came to containment.
