OAKLAND, Calif. (KGO) -- U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested a 27-year-old Ecuadorian woman as she prepared to board a flight from Denver to Oakland on July 20, according to ICE and a friend who witnessed the arrest.
Chantal Morales Rojas had been living in Oakland and was returning from a visit to Denver with her former host family, according to Bay Area resident Alycia Dantzker. Dantzker said Rojas previously worked for the family as an au pair when they lived in Santa Cruz County. The family has since moved to Denver.
Dantzker said she has known Rojas for three years and described her as caring, calm and wise.
"She knows so much about babies. She's got this calm, a lot of wisdom, and just really, really smart and incredibly kind and caring," Dantzker said.
Dantzker said a man approached Rojas at Denver International Airport and questioned her about her immigration status. She said additional people in civilian clothes later gathered around Rojas on the jetway before she was taken into custody.
Dantzker recorded the arrest.
"It was hard to believe it was really happening. But I had a plan to record and bring as much attention to it as I could," she said.

And I understand that the tropical birds there are quite beautiful. She should be happy to go home.
“in over 95% of such cases, the foreigner is found to not be here legally and is deported.”
I wonder how/if her “sponsors” are complicit in any facet of this. People and corporations who utilize these illegals also are criminals (IMO).
Turn her over to the Chilean Air Force for processing
More more more!
Yyyeahhh. So I’m going to need you to go home and apply to come into this country legally, mkay? That’d be great.
That’s what I was thinking. Cheap childcare, cheap housekeeping, cheap landscaping and yard care, cheap cooks - the left is diabolical and are concerned only about THEIR comfort, not how it will affect the immigrant nor our country.
We were in our RV at a check point after leaving Padre Island just outside Brownsville. It is very intimidating. Border patrol agent had one hand on his holster and the other held a leash of a less then friendly German Shepard. He asked if he could come onboard. Of course, we said yes. He smiled and said “have a nice day folks” and waved us on.
And now she can’t come back legally for a decade or more. Eff her.
“Oakland” woman./s
Her sponsor , Bay Area resident Alycia Dantzker, I suspect is the Ecuadorian woman’s handler .
It must be so sad to see a good slave taken away.
So many Democrats think they have found a new system and have put 1865 behind them.

So this would indicate she was aware of the possibility before hand....
Imagine that.

When Ecuador adopted the U.S. dollar as their currency they were very happy with the Sacajawea dollar coins. They thought we’d minted them specially for them.
You know she lost her chance. Once deported she cannot apply again.
Hmm...the family Chantal Rojas previously worked for had moved. What was her source of income? What public benefits was she receiving?
She might very well be a wise, gentle caring person or whatever. She also is here illegally (presumably), and assuming that is the case, she should be deported. Any personal characteristics she has are completely irrelevant
