Americans want it as Department of Defense.
I'm not a globalist but I am retired military. I've actually wanted this change for decades now. I just never thought it would ever happen. Department of War just has a more assertive tone about it.
America needs to have a Dept. of War, with the homeland set up as a Porcupine and Honey Badgers patrolling way off shore.
