Aptly named as his cash giveaways resemble a Ponzi scheme. You download and play the game, amass a cash reward, go to claim the funds and, oh, you first have to pay the funding fee for the card, then you have to pay the tax (if there is such a thing), both charges collected upfront. Your cash withdrawal is then placed in a processing queue. Oh, your position in line is 25,000? Good luck with that. You can also pay to get your payment accelerated but that I am not willing to try.

So, all those fee payment coming in and weeks if not months later you may get paid? (still waiting to see) Hence, my assertion.

Yes, I know TANSTAAFL. But the payment of fees sets a contract, right? Oh, and for whatever reason, there is a game bug where the Terms of Service cannot be accessed.

I will also add that the advertisements specifically call out the unemployed and others facing a hardship. Although the ads give the impression of instant payout, like standing in line at the cash register, I have found it to be anything but. I find that targeting reprehensible.
