Also featured are: 0:00 - Bill Fiore and Mary Jo Catlett in that Right Guard commercial. 2:46 - James Hampton (F Troop) at 3:25 in the Winston ad. 10:12 - Hank Aaron for Wheaties. That's either Larry Santos or Bobby Bloom singing the jingle. Curt Gowdy does the voiceover.

Willie Stargell ties modern record for most multi base hits in one game (5). A real hitting blowout with the Pirates winning 20 to 10 over Atlanta. Also, there is a brief post game interview with Dodgers manager Walter Alston following a 6-3 come from behind win against the Expos. Vin Scully provides closing comments with a promo for a local Toyota dealer. This is rare colour videotape footage of Jarry Park which was the Expos' home field from 1969 through 1976.

My Dodgers loved beating up on the Braves in the ‘70s. Their ace, knuckle-baller Phil Niekro, won AND lost 20 games in 1979, leading BOTH categories.
