Great, these are the rich arses who voted their “feelings” and could not wait to be in the “cool crowd” by voting for, no, donating HEAVILY to the Newsom’s of the world. Now they are bringing their show to a state that did not vote for the Newsom’s of the world and played it right.
It’s like a disease that kills one host and moves to another. One could hope that these arses have learned their lesson, but I would not hold my breath.
Hopefully, they were just trying to buy him off.
Many corporations donate to BOTH sides of the political spectrum.
However, I would think IF you were based in California, you would have to donate to the Dems. They are the only game in town. You don’t want to be a target.
For as the Great Governor William J. Le Petomanet once said:
“Hey, I didn’t get a HARRUMPH from that guy.
You better watch your A$$ buddy”
Now These locusts will vote the same way in Florida.
Most of these ultra wealthy people are that way because instead of working hard and focusing on something not specifically directed to making a fortune (e.g an engineer designing a new aircraft or a missile defense system, a physicist working on quantum mechanics and how it might be applied to quantum computing, a physician scientist trying to figure out how to hijack the immune system to treat cancer without causing widespread autoimmune side-effects, a hard-working father who spends 60 hours a week trying to earn a life that is best for his family, etc.), they are focused on how they can make money off of other peoples money and other people's efforts.
Before people push back about ‘free market capitalism’, which I fervently believe in, this isn't about building a better mouse-trap. This is about sitting back, waiting for the lion to make a kill, and then swooping in to steal dinner - like other vultures.
Then, as further insult, they use their gains to support those who will further degrade the ability of motivated, ambitious, creative, hard-working Americans to benefit from the fruits of their labor - the very definition of being in the land of opportunity.
I'm sorry, but I have no respect for liberals who are now fleeing a state in which they will have to pay a price for their liberalism. They aren't capitalists. They are parasites.
