Sturgeon’s Law: “Ninety percent of everything is crap.” That applies to everything, but is not an actual property of the universe, but an emergent property of consciousness. About 10% of everything earns the A grade, and what qualifies depends on what’s available. If Hollywood only put out block-busters, 90% of them would still be graded less than the best. Conservatives often direct their disgust at Hollywood, but it really should be directed at the degenerate paying audience, which is mostly womb-men. Hollywood is in the difficult business of finding that temporary fickle audience 10% of the time to stay in business. Except for the dirty money laundering tipping the scales of morality, they do a decent job.

Take away demand: whether for prostitution, (those who pay for it), rap music (those who buy/stream it), drugs (the consumers), woke trash from Hollywood (demand for trash), bad politicians (those who vote for poor choices), etc etc etc and = better things are allowed to flourish.
The issue is not the supply. The issue is the demand.
The moment demand dries up, supply dries up.
Take poaching of rhinos: the poor creatures get slaughtered, and the typical approach is arresting poachers. That is OK, but it is difficult to stop poaching that way. A rhino horn goes for between $4,000-17,000 per kilogram at the poacher level, and up to $100,000 per kilogram at retail. A single horn can be up to $600,000.
I am sorry, for that price there will always be a retailer in China willing to pay a poacher in Africa or India $7,000 to 10,000 for a horn, and that is life changing money for a poor villager. Even if you attest poachers, there will be others willing to take their place.
Go after the people paying over half a mil for those products (the demand), and it will dry up.
Same thing with drugs. Arrest all the street peddlers you want, and others come up. Arrest enough of the 35 year old Wallstreet traders (dying profession with HFT and AI, it still) and university girls buying that crap, and the demand goes down and supply eventually follows
