Green Bay only exist because they are owned by individuals who owns shares of Packers Stock. IF one person owned them they would have moved decades ago.
Whatever the reason, the team is plenty profitable sitting right there in Green Bay. I have known people who drove from Connecticut to Wisconsin to watch the Packers. When there are 8-9 home games a year, it is not too hard to draw from afar for the seats not reserved by season ticket holders. The NFL is smart to share the revenue the way they do.
Even if they didn't, those high-selling Josh Allen jerseys would bring in money for the Bills wherever they play.

Yes, that is why the NFL is the only FAIR sports league.
Unlike the MLB. Where the individual franchise owns the broadcast rights. Which is why the Yankees, Dodgers, Red Sox, Mets, etc can afford to pay more to the big free agents. The revenue generated from their TV stations only goes to the team owner.
