Make sure to wash your veggies. Even the packaged ones that claim to be pre-washed.
Someone on here posted a link to a 24 minute video about this, and the Dr narrating says washing in bleach water or vinegar, etc does nothing. You have to cook the food to 158° to kill the parasite.
