That may depend upon facts not stated in the question. For example, if a minor invites someone into the minors home, the person invited could be considered an invitee, authorized to be there. On the other hand, if the parent asks a person to leave and they refuse, the police could be called for help removing the trespasser

Well since he was under the bed assume he knew he wasn’t supposed to be there I would rule in favor of the mother with the stipulation get better control of your daughter
