I see Spaniards doing just that all over the county. I realize this is anecdotal but it exists. I have had Latin people in a pickup truck with Texas plates asking me where the nearest house for sale is, as they toured the village. If they can do it why can’t the whiners in their mom’s basement?

They probably have some sweetheart government deal the average white person wouldn't get approved for, or some source of foreign capital that homegrown Americans wouldn't have (similarly to how Chinese and Indians are snapping up Canada's real estate), so I would cool your jets on any kind of admiration you may feel for their alleged "go getter" attitude.
