What the analysts citing the average numbers don’t talk about enough is that you can buy a real dump of house and put in some sweat equity and be sitting real pretty.
I see Spaniards doing just that all over the county. I realize this is anecdotal but it exists. I have had Latin people in a pickup truck with Texas plates asking me where the nearest house for sale is, as they toured the village. If they can do it why can’t the whiners in their mom’s basement?
