I would not be surprised they get put behind bars again for a very long time based on charges that are horribly weak and questionable as they were in Romania. If the charges there had been legit, they would not be free now.

The Tate brothers were fortunate an honest judge in Rumania dismissed the indictments against them due to the prosecutors' "legal and procedural irregularities." The term "irregularities" from a judge normally means someone has been lying. I don't think they'll be as lucky for their double jeopardy trial in the UK.

I believe it's more likely they committed no real crimes, other than the political crimes of being dangerous influencers.
