My brother works for a medical imaging company. One day I was at his house and he got a call about a man that was at one of the offices for a MRI and when asked about metal objects replied that he had a bullet lodged in his chest that had not been removed. My brother said that if the bullet not iron then the MRI would not exert any force on it. They did the imaging with no issues.

I told my brother that I bet it was a black man and that the bullet was a 25 cal. He pulled up the file and the name sounded like a "black" name and he pulled up the image and measured the bullet diameter and it was .25. I looked and it was clearly a FMJ.

I bought some solid copper ammo awhile ago after seeing some videos. They would bring the ammo out to police departments and have them shoot at cars and stuff. Amazing penetration through metal and glass, and when it hits body tissue it tumbles to cause the damage (rather than expanding).
