I’d imagine the naked bike riders can cover a wider area, whereas surfing on the train you’re really only going where the train goes.
On a different note, the frank and beans wouldn’t be crushed by the bicycle seat, and I can only imagine the breeze while nude surfing on a train probably feels majestic.
I’ll betcha it doesn’t smell majestic.
