I believe I saw a report about a 10ky old man’s skeleton that was found in the Cornwall area who had dark skin. I believe that person was called Cheddar Man. I was surprised, but then it occurred to me that Cornwall was near the ocean, so people there could have had a diet of sea food with adequate intake of Vitamin D. Thus dark skin would not create pregnancy problems by limiting Vitamin D formation in the skin and consequent poor pelvic area bone formation. There is a good biological reason that “gentlemen prefer blondes.”
