That’s how you get out of answering? No. I am waiting for you to clarify your question. It wasn't a trick. I know the translation is revisionist because the translator herself admitted that she purposely used words that did not correspond to any meaning in a Greek Lexicon. That was how the opening line goes from Osysseus being "the man of many ways" (or similar) to "Odysseus was a complicated man".
I maintain that it is self evident that the product drawn from a revisionist work cannot avoid being revisionist, because the source from which it is drawn from is already revised.
I didn't "get out of answering". You declined to answer my request for clarification instead. I have just answered both alternatives.
