Paul is busy right now, speeding away from his latest Hit & Run incident of July 3rd.
He smacked into a legally parked Tesla in the city of Yountville, briefly stopped, then quickly hopped back in his car, driving away,
before his own car became disabled (Darnnit!) a quarter mile down the road. An unnamed witness saw the accident, called 911 to report.
