We take Zahler D3/K2 … 5,000 iu D3/120 mcg K2/day.

My neurologist is big on supplements but she told me no vitamin K2. I've had 2 strokes in 2 different parts of my brain. I am listening to her, even though I'm not happy about it. I do take a 325 mg aspirin every day.
