Think it means it is just starting
It means it just got diagnosed. It can really creep up on some people. You wouldn’t notice day to day. I noticed on my mom after I hadn’t seen her for several months. When I finally got a chance to visit her in person (my brother was living with her at the time) it blew me away. When I mentioned it to my brother he said it never “clicked” with him…but now when it was pointed out it was clear as day.
