you can use a 'compatibility layer' which translates linux to windows to run Quicken.
Options would be Wine or Proton, and i have used Wine for other stuff. it used to be a hassle but i think its better now. but there are linux native apps out there,

Moneyspire
GnuCash (supports QIF/OFX files)

also:
HomeBank
MoneyManager Ex (CSV/OFX file import)
Moneydance – Commercial app (free trial)

but for disclosure, i havent used any of these (for that matter i havent used Quicken either)
