Cleft lips are easy to correct - I have a Niece-in-Law that was born with one - she’s in her 30s now and there is almost imperceptible sign it ever existed - most of the “evidence” was gone before she started Kindergarten (usually most evident for first 1-1-/12 years and fades as one ages)...they just wanted a “perfect” sex toy.
