True or false, this is a critical issue I have never thought about before.

I do think about the 100,000 Chinese STEM students, in USA graduate schools, stealing billions of dollars of USA developed technology, every year!

If these STEM students are returning to China after graduation, then they should most certainly be cut off at the knees. You just know that they MUST be stealing our technology. Why should we be educating those who are out to destroy us? This much surely has been known for some time by now.
