The new candidate will be thrilling, charismatic and ready to skillfully lie to any group about any topic.

Here’s a cheap stunt an incoming university president used where I used to work. He bought a junkyard side view mirror and held it up on stage.
“This mirror shows where this university has been with all its well known problems and faults. This is what I think about dwelling on what you see in the side view mirror.”
He dramatically threw it hard into a trash container onstage.
