Unfortunately Lee Atwater died, and he was the ONLY Republican strategist (at least in my lifetime) who ever figured out that it’s better for Republicans to run against Democrats, rather than run against Conservatives.
So that gay guy who is now the top Republican strategist will simply, once again, claim that pointing out the WIDESPREAD Democrat support for Platner is ‘divisive’, and our feckless candidates will, again, be afraid to swing at a hanging curve ball.
