Your math needs some help:
1st 40 hours = straight pay
2nd 40 = time + 1/2
3rd 40 = double time
Over 120 hours = triple time
One year, while working at a cannery in Alaska as a forced member of the ILWU, I clocked 121 1/2 hours @ $6.50 per hour (mandatory 1/2 hour unpaid for b-fast, lunch and dinner).
Made $1,199.50 that week.
