If they don’t have a toilet for your particular form of sickness, use one of the single-user “family” facilities - almost all places have them next to the Men’s and Women’s rooms....

If my wife/daughter/granddaughter came out of a restroom and said there was a man in there, there would immediately be 2 men in there - and one of them would be teaching the other that they do not belong there.
