It’s hard to say who there are.
Wearing masks is common for antifa:
“Antifa protesters routinely wear masks as part of the ‘black bloc’ tactic, where participants dress head-to-toe in black and cover their faces.”
They had less to worry about than “patriots,” although this is changing - during the Biden admin, charges against violent Antifa were routinely thrown out of court:

After the Trump administration designated Antifa as a domestic terrorist threat in 2025:
“In June 2026, eight defendants convicted of attacking an ICE facility in Texas received a combined 450 years in prison, with the leader sentenced to 100 years.”
“Fifteen activists in Minneapolis faced federal conspiracy charges in July 2026 as part of a broader crackdown on groups labeled as Antifa.”
The prevailing trend is one of aggressive prosecution rather than routine dismissal.
Agree completely though I’ve never seen an Antifa group this impeccably dressed. This was pure acting. They were careful to say nothing and bother no one so they couldn’t be arrested or identified.
