It is/was legal to take all the belongings of tenants who don’t pay rent in TN and leave them on the street for anyone to take.
Something that I rarely remember is the time I spent in the apartment business as manager in smaller complexes and up to 60 units and maintenance supervisor in up to 1400 units and in smaller 800 and 1100 unit complexes, and did roving maintenance all in a few different states.
