The big problem in Canada... We do have a constitution in Canada, but that means nothing. Every province can ignore the constitution at will, so it is essentially a document open to interpretation and it can be ignored if a Province like Quebec decides to ignore it... It shouldn’t be. It should be the law of the land. Period!
