Why was Fauci pardoned “for any offenses against the United States which he may have committed or taken part in”, beginning January 1, 2014?

That’s precisely when Fauci and the Obama administration offshored US gain of function research, to black sites like Ukraine.

Hunter was pardoned beginning the exact same day, January 1, 2014, just before Metabiota received a massive DoD contract for operations in Ukraine. Hunter Biden was the bagman, or proxy, for Obama/Biden’s corrupt dealings in Ukraine, to include their nefarious biological activity at Metabiota.

All of this made possible right after the Maidan coup, regime change in Ukraine in early 2014, and the beginning of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and the annexation of Crimea.

Fauci and the Biden Administration admitted their guilt when they issued these pardons. They know they’ve been caught, and they tried to cover their tracks.

Whatever they were doing in Ukraine, it’s what they fear most, and all signs seem to point to Metabiota.

Trump administration formally bans gain-of-function research
The State and Health and Human Services departments claim that although biomedical research has produced lifesaving vaccines and medical breakthroughs, it must never come at the expense of public safety or national security.

The Trump administration announced Tuesday it has officially banned gain-of-function research, claiming it has the potential to threaten lives and undermine national security if not properly restricted and controlled.

The State and Health and Human Services departments claim that although biomedical research has produced lifesaving vaccines and medical breakthroughs, it must never come at the expense of public safety or national security.

The policy change comes after President Donald Trump signed an executive order last year that banned federal funding for gain-of-function research in countries like China, which is believed to be at the heart of the COVID-19 lab leak in Wuhan.

The two departments said in a joint statement that an “America First approach to scientific research means ensuring that taxpayer dollars are never used to support dangerous gain-of-function research ... in the United States or abroad.”

The new policy also prohibits federal support for gain-of-function research, strengthens oversight of other high-risk life sciences research, and restricts funding for research conducted in countries that lack appropriate safety, security, and oversight standards.

“Scientific leadership requires both innovation and responsibility,” the departments said. “The United States will continue to support biomedical research that develops vaccines, therapeutics, diagnostics, and other lifesaving medical countermeasures while ensuring that the highest-risk research is subject to rigorous safeguards.

“We encourage our international partners to join us in ending dangerous gain-of-function research and adopting strong biosafety and biosecurity standards that make the world safer, more secure, and better prepared for future biological threats,” they added.

The policy was developed by top officials including Undersecretary of State Tom DiNanno and NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya.

Who benefitted directly from the release of the man-made bat coronavirus C19? Biden and the Dems. They were able to steal the election with mail-in ballots, thanks to a pandemic from a virus that they created. Hunter Biden’s Rosemont Seneca, has a minority stake in a San Francisco-based biolab company, Metabiota, which was founded by Epstein/Maxwell/Clinton affiliated virologist, Nathan Wolfe. This biolab company, Metabiota, was part of USAID Project PREDICT, which is the research that led to C19 being created.

Metabiota operated in countries around the world, including Ukraine, which was the source of quite a bit of controversy in the war between Russia and Ukraine.

So what’s my point? My point is, that Hunter Biden is a bagman for Biden/Obama, and they had ownership of offshore USAID/CIA biolabs that were carrying out the dangerous research (PREDICT) that created the virus, that allowed them steal the 2020 election from Trump.

I think the evidence speaks for itself. The Deep State used USAID funds and NGOs to offshore biological weapons, and they released one in order to steal an election and overthrow Trump.
