Supreme Court refuses to review E. Jean Carroll’s $5M sex abuse, defamation verdict vs. Trump

Now Trump will have no choice but to pony up the $5 million to the 82-year-old, who has repeatedly claimed that the president sexually assaulted her in a Bergdorf Goodman fitting room during the mid-1990s.

He had to post a bond to cover the judgment. Now that the appeals have run their course, the money will be issued to her, and not in pennies or nickels. Most likely a bank wire.

Unfortunately, executive privilege makes it federal, while procedural defects makes it state.

“Unfortunately, executive privilege makes it federal, while procedural defects makes it state.”

The SCOTUS ruled it was not “federal” and defects or not it is, by the current limits of the Constitution and the law, up to the states.

It’s just the latest outrageous abuse of legal process by a feminazi tramp. They are always the victims regardless of how ridiculous the claim.

“He needs a consigliere rather than a lawyer, but those are not easy to find.”

He had Michael Cohen as his personal attorney and “fixer” for years. Another poor decision of Trump.
