I’m actually watching Breaking Bad again now on Netflix! And slightly off topic, watching again I’m reminded that I think Saul Goodman’s acting was much better/calmer than his solo series Better Call Saul... He way over acted on his own. just sayin...

Breaking Bad is one of those series I watched but never plan to again. Son’s of Anarchy either.
Better Call Saul however, I might.
I’d have to FF through the drinking urine in the desert scenes though....yeesh. 🤮

Yeah I binged through that series several times. It’s that good. BCS is good as well. Great characters/actors + great writing.

"Better Call Saul" is as much a comedy as it is a drama. You also have to be a bit of an over-actor to pull off the characters "acting" in the exclusive country club and courtroom. How else can you play the "Squat Cobbler" interrogation, which I found to be among the funniest five minutes in TV history?

Its fiction, but to be fair, Saul hadn’t been in the big leagues for awhile like he was in Breaking Bad. Plus he wasnt the main character in BB either, so he wasnt written that way, then. BCSaul is his story, so you see everything about him there.
