Look people. You all know Thune is up in ‘28-at least I know. Will he run again knowing how unpopular he is in SD? If the senate gop has a clue he won’t be the majority leader next year. The real question: Should the heat be on him so hot that he doesn’t finish out his term? Kristi Noem could finish it out and ‘28 will be just a formality. The SAVE Act won’t effect 2026. That’s their plan.
