The day after the Palisades fire, NewSCUM went on TV and said that “This was the perfect opportunity to reimagine the Palisades” this was a land grab, just like what happened in Hawaii, if you cant buy them out you burn them out. Go on zillow right now and type in Pacific Palisades, 90 percent of what you see is LAND for sale, no one is rebuilding, they are trying to sell their land and move on. My brother in law is a contractor, he helped build some of the homes in the Palisades that unfortunately burned down, with the regulations forget about it, no house will EVER be built..but they will have no issue building low income housing which was the plan from the start

I predict at most a few symbolic low-income housing in the Palisades. Very few. If that. And lots of large estates far bigger than the middle class homes they’ll replace.
