I guess you don’t read cruise blogs. Apparently, the pineapple on a cabin door signals “we’re swingers”. (I don’t recall ever seeing one, but that’s the story. Could be an urban legend.)

I’ve never even been on a cruise. I have no idea if the pineapple story is correct - but I know nothing like that goes on where I live.
