You don’t have to read minds, just the news. He’s the reason the save America act isn’t going anywhere. He has no leadership. He has no spine. He’s a rhino and he just left for 2 1/2 weeks vacation instead of staying in Washington putting the Bill on the floor and forcing it. it’s a freaking 80/20 issue and he can’t get the damn thing through.
