Hard to get too excited about this when every project the gooberment does has BILLION in the cost. I am bothered by it but it is not much more than a fart in a whirlwind when compared to the rest of the horrendous cost of gooberment.
Can you imagine the uproar if a private company admitted to a 10% error-rate ANYWHERE???
