You left out that ethanol free is priced 60 cents or more above E10 specifically to discourage its use as everyday fuel for commuting. It’s priced for use in boats and other off highway uses.
E15 is not going to be sold in normal pumps it must have a marked handle and separate nozzle usually in blue vs yellow for E85. You won’t accidentally put E15 in anything not unless they are a true mouth breather and ignore every sign and indicator.
