I’m an older guy who grew up in an inner city neighborhood that was half white and half black. Back in the 50s and early 60s when discrimination was a real thing, blacks did not act this way. Yes there were some who were criminals as there were whites who were criminals. But average folks never behaved like that.
It all changed when LBJ destroyed the black family with his Great Society welfare programs.

Yes there were some who were criminals as there were whites who were criminals. But average folks never behaved like that.
It all changed when LBJ destroyed the black family with his Great Society welfare programs.
